The benefits of dance workouts are the same as other exercise activities such as walking fast, cycling, or low impact aerobics,

but it is much more FUN!

Movement strengthens bones and muscles and it increases stamina.

It tones the whole body and improves posture and balance. 

Meditation helps to increase flexibility and reduces stress and tension.

join our Christian Movement & Meditation group!

There is no fee.

Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., for five weeks.  Beginning May 25.

Thursdays, 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., for five weeks.  Beginning May 26.
